Weebly is a very popular "Do It Yourself" website platform that is great for new business owners, start up and those who do not know much about code. Great Templates available for any type of business on Weebly.
Web.com offers both a DIY Website builder, or they will even build your site out for Free. The only catch after the Free Build and Trial month, is they run a little more expensive than other DIY builders in the long run. But they offer good design, support, etc.
